 ) was enacted to promote the implementation of HIT.  In your discussion post explain what incentives were proposed under this Act to catalyze and popularize HIT implementation by providers? What punitive recommendations it made for the non-implementors? What additional recommendation(s) would you make to promote HIT adoption by those who have not done yet? Why?
