Create a wireframe with Balsamiq MockupsIn this project, you need to generate a wireframe by referencing the paper prototype that you created. To create
the wireframe, you need to use mockup software (called Balsamiq).
Your wireframe must have the same features that appeared in your paper prototype. Only minor changes (or UI
upgrades) are allowed.
Software
For this project, you must use the software (Balsamiq software – either Balsamiq Cloud or Balamic Wireframes for
Desktop) that provides a 30-day trial period. If you want, you can enter the following license key (shown below) for

Requirements
1.
Multiple screens (i.e., pages) need to be created.
2.
All created screens need to be linked together.
3.
Your wireframe needs to show a unique design (or layout).

Report
After creating the wireframe, you need to create a 10 ~ 20-minute presentation video. In your presentation, you
must include the following.
1.
Explain what you are designing (Introduction).
2.
Explain why your mockup interface is important (or interesting).
3.
Show how the user interface is designed (provide detailed explanations with a demonstration of your
designed Balamic mockup)
4.
Address what significant (or interesting) features exist in your design.
5.
Summarize the benefits and limitations of your design (by adding your own opinions).

Identify any impactful features (or UIs) with screenshots
b.
Explain any unnecessary features (or UIs) with screenshots
SUBMISSION:
– Your final Balsamiq wireframe file (named as “ClassProject2.bmpr”) and the video link submitted.
GRADING POLICY:
•
Idea: Uniqueness – Creating a unique design (or layout). You need to emphasize
why the proposed design is important and unique.
•
Mock-up Design: Multiple screens (i.e., pages) need to be created.
•
o
All created mockup designs need to be linked all together. The transition between screens (or
pages) must be well-supported.
o
The designed mockups must present the primary idea of the user interface.
Presentation video: (you must have voice narration)
Introduction – explain what you are designing.
o Uniqueness – explain why your mockup interface is important (or
interesting).
o
Explanation – explain the designed interface with a demonstration. A detailed explanation of
each Balamic design should be provided.
o
Significant – explain the significance (or unique) features with screenshots. A detailed
explanation of a couple of screenshots must be included and explained.
o
Benefits & limitations – explain the benefits and limitations of your design (by adding your own
opinions). Adding screenshots to emphasize any impactful features (or UIs) and any unnecessary
features (or UIs) with screenshots is highly recommended.
