Patient_Condition table. A pharmacist is always responsible for handling a prescription to ensure
that medicine is prescribed correctly. A prescription is always for one patient, but can contain more
than one medicine prescribed. The table Prescription_Line contains each prescribed medicine on
the prescription. The price of the medicine at the time when the medicine was given to the patient is
also kept in the Prescription_Line table.
