Course Project: Organizational Process Analysis for SAI Toys

The Board of Directors and the CEO for SAI Toys have decided that they want to stay on the forefront of geekness, and therefore the company should integrate all of its IT systems. In addition, they want to develop a more robust Web presence and sell their products directly to individual customers in addition to selling through traditional retailers, as they currently are doing.

You are to write a report of about 20 pages that outlines the situation, weighs various alternatives, and makes a final recommendation as to how the company should go about implementing this executive directive.

As to the physical format, here is what should be submitted:

• 1.0″ top, bottom, left, and right margins.
• 12-point Times New Roman (or similar) font.
• All text should be double-spaced.
• Use section headings to organize your paper! Headings that are bold and a slightly larger font help to make the organization of your work much clearer.
• Use APA guidelines for all references.
