1.

Create Chen’s ER model diagram with 10 entities (with attributes) and 10 relationships.

2. Convert conceptual design to logical model. List all relations.

3. Provide five SQL queries and state it in English.

4. It should be implemented in MS Access.

5. Written description of the project is required (1000+ words). It should include background information and how the database will be used. Also, it should discuss what types of data are necessary and how data interconnects with each other (describing conceptual model). It is needed to cover all of the aspects of security, integrity and data distribution
