Read the Module 5.2 Use Common Features of Productivity and Graphic Apps from your ebook and answer the following question using the “General Instructions” as a guide for your initial response and reply.

Kris Allen runs a pet daycare center. She needs to keep track of contact information for her customers, their animals, the services provided (such as walking and grooming), and the staff who are assigned to care for them. She also must send out invoices for payment each month.

• How might Kris use a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to facilitate her business? Justify your recommendaton.
• How might Kris use a Microsoft Access database to facilitate her business? Justify your recommendation.
• Make one recommendation of another application geared toward businesses that she could utilize and explain how you think it would be helpful.

1. Search the library’s databases for an interesting article (or another type of source) that addresses some aspect of using spreadsheet or database software. Use the link provided in the Assignments folder to access the SBU library databases.
2. Using at least 200 words, address the questions listed above using your researched resource as a guide.  Be sure to provide a full, formal citation of your post. URL links are appreciated, but a full citation is required. Keep in mind that your source must come from the University Library databases and not from a Google search.
