In order for this to occur there must be extreme cold, a circular wind pattern, enough time to form ice crystals aand provide a surface for the reaction and darkness followed by rapidly increasing levels of sunlight.

The Montreal Protocol is a treaty that was created to form solutions to stop the depletion of the ozone layer. this treaty was ratified by 186 nations as of 2009. One of their goals was to reduce chlorine in the stratophere by stopping production of CFC’s. The curent goal is to phase out 96 other substances that deplete the ozone layer.

The Montreal Protocol has been beneficial to the effective stratosphere chlorine levels. The amounts are decreasing and theres a lower concentration of bromine relative to chlorine.

Where did you attain your PH.D in Chemistry? Please explain why, as concentrations of Chlorine Monoxide increases in the atmosphere Ozone decreases? Or is this a hoax as well? And how fast does it have to occur for it to be alarming? 10 years, 100 years, 1000 years? Am I to assume you are saying “It’s not my problem it’s my kids, and their kids’ problem.”?
