Assess      impact and probability for each risk.

For those risks that have a risk exposure of greater      than 60,determine a strategy and response. Remember, if a strategy      can be implemented immediately, the project should be changed rather than      wait for the risk to be realized; therefore, each response should be based      on the realization of the risk at the time of execution.

conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. The project will take a duration of 4 months for
development with different team members or stakeholders involved. The main goal of the
project is to provide a mobile user-friendly application or platform for healthcare organizations
and patients in monitoring health, provide consultation, receive medication reminders, and
    enable telehealth communication.
    Approach to Project Management
The project is a hybrid approach project based on the combination of different elements
    of predictive and agile methodologies.
Reasons for selecting the Hybrid Approach

certain of the alignment with the changing needs and desires.
The fifth reason for choosing the hybrid approach is quality assurance, which implies
making certain lofty standards for the project’s quality through iterative validations and tests
at different development levels. Therefore, it makes certain of the high-quality product or
service or results to the customers.
    Evaluation of the Approach
The approach will work with the organization based on the value of the organization in
terms of advancement and the experiences with different management methodologies, such as
traditional and agile. Furthermore, the hybrid approach is well-aligned with the objectives and
goals of the organization based on balancing advancement with quality and adherence.

The development of new software for a customer as my outline product was one of my
past projects that had precise uniqueness and definiteness, thus making it an endeavour that is
distinct. Therefore, the main aim was to meet the certain needs of the client and offer a
customized solution of the software for the customer. The competition product within the same
project is Compsoft, which is one of the well-established and dominate software within the
marketplace. The product provides significant functionalities that are common to our software￾developed program. The product is known for its dedicated support of customers, continuous
updates and interface that is user friendly. Furthermore, Compsoft caters to a broader range of
individuals and corporations, inclusive of small to medium to large organizations or enterprises
and establishes a robust reputation over a period.
In addition, Compsoft offers a wider range of characteristics or features that lead to
catering to general needs within business operations. However, the program lacks the
significant abilities of customization that our software provides. Therefore, our software
capability tailors to the functionalities of certain needs of the customers, which gives a
competitive edge within the niche market with the critical aspect of customization.
Furthermore, Compsoft surpasses on service by offering all-day customer support and
continuous updates of its software. Therefore, the dedication towards continuous improvement

Therefore, the capability of offering customized solutions helps in setting our organization
apart from Compsoft as one of our competitors, thus focusing on generic products for our
customers. Furthermore, our organization puts a priority on continuous advancement and
quality software outputs, with a focus on advanced technology and an intense process of quality
assurance. Therefore, we can make certain that our program software meets the standards of
