Note: I own my own foodtruck.  The website is www.vizzitruck.com.  I have a staff of 2.  One kitchen manager and a cash register. 

The Job Market and Your Resume

Where are the jobs? Even though you may not be in the market now, becoming familiar with the kinds of available positions in your field should be an important part of your education at Embry-Riddle.

1. Bring to class a job advertisement or announcement in your field from one of the following:

· The classified section of a newspaper

· A job board on the Web

· A company Web site, or

· A professional association listing

This can be an ad or announcement describing the kind of employment you are seeking now or one you plan to go for at some time in the future.

2. Write a resume aiming for this particular job listing.

3. Also, prepare a separate list of at least three References. Keep the references as a separate page.
