Journal (notes/goals/etc):

Today, I start with jump roping at the gym. This was a change of pace. I began with some of the stretches, but this time, I extended the stretches to my entire body, including my arms and shoulders. When I began jump roping, I started out very slow and progressed to a faster pace of jumping, and then slowed down again when I was cooling down. I did not really like this exercise, as it really tired me out and it got boring very fast. My goal for tomorrow is to try out some of the machines and bikes at the gym. My goal is also to keep up with the 30 minutes at least of exercising every time that I do it.

Today, I start to warm up. I stretched my entire body and then chose a stationary bike to work out. I began with some of the slower settings and then chose an uphill setting. I really liked riding the stationary bike. It helped that I did not have to work out my entire body, but just my legs because it was easier to do and I did not feel as tired afterwards.
