Once a company has developed a blue ocean strategy, it must execute it. The Blue Ocean strategy identifies 4 hurdles to execution, Cognitive, Political, Resource and Motivation. Are these the only hurdles a business leader will face when implementing a strategy? Provide examples to support your position.  

     Your response must be in your own words.  Your initial post should be 3 to 4 paragraphs that reflect research and not opinion.  Provide citations for the source of your learning.

Continue working with your chosen least admired company and its industry and complete the following:

 

1.      Using your chosen company’s domestic environment identify its economic environment and compare and contrast it using Rostow and Galbraith (see lesson plan and resources).

2.      Repeat the same for the global environment you have identified.

3.      Research requirement: minimum 3 sources PLUS the text.

4.      Page requirement: 3 pages in APA format.
