INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this paper is to conduct an internal and external environmental analysis for Norwak Aesthetics by taking into consideration the external forces/ trends as well as internal forces and trends including the legal and regulatory, global, economic, technogical, innovation, social, environmental and competitive analysis. The external forces and trends include the following areas:

Legal and regulatory: The Nowak Aesthetics is registered as a private firm and certified by the board of dermatologist within the state of California to carry its services within the field of dermatology, cosmetic surgery and skin rejuvenation. Most of its mission is to be conducted within the county of San Diego. The activities of this company are regulated by the board of dermatologists as a consultant body in this field.

Global: The firm has developed a global reputation for its pioneer work in cosmetic surgery and related field of Therma Lipo Liposuction technique, which has become effective in removing fat and tightening the skin. It was just recently, that Nowak Aesthetics was voted as the best cosmetic surgeon in San Diego by the U-T Reader’s poll 2012. This is an indication that the work of Nowak is growing globally.
