For my “Legal Environment of Business” class,I need to do a presentation around 5-8 minutes long . I need you to make me a good Power Point
presentation and the script for it for exactly what to say in each slide.
We are using the book “The Legal Environment of Business” eleventh edition by cross miller and I am
focusing on chapter 22, the part where it talks about Visas for Foreign workers (more information about
it at the bottom of this Word document). With that, I need to present this case: “Innova Solutions, Inc. v.
Baran (2019)”

Nonimmigrant Visas: These visas are temporary and are tied to specific employment
opportunities. They include:

H-1B Visa: For skilled workers in specialty occupations, often used in fields like
technology, engineering, and healthcare.

L-1 Visa: For intra-company transferees, allowing multinational companies to transfer
employees to their U.S. offices.

O Visa: For individuals with extraordinary abilities in fields like arts, sciences, education,
business, or athletics.

H-2A and H-2B Visas: For seasonal agricultural and non-agricultural workers,
respectively.
Immigrant Visas (Green Cards): These provide permanent residency and allow individuals to live
and work in the U.S. indefinitely. Employment-based green cards are available through various
preference categories, such as EB-1 for individuals with extraordinary abilities and EB-2 for
professionals with advanced degrees.
