Assignment

 the focus is Global E-Business & Collaboration.  One area that is emerging every day it seems is  e-business (e-commerce and e-government).  Pick two websites in the same sector such as Oakland County and Wayne County or Costco and Walmart.     Review the websites and provide your insights on which one is better for handling transactions and why.  Provide a specific example of a transaction and why it is better (i.e. Buying a TV or obtaining a copy of a birth certificate).  Look at the entire transaction from the point of entry to the delivery method, turnaround time, cost, ease of use, etc.
