Create a proposal to start a new company. You will sell one product only and will need to have a variety of fixed and variable costs into the make-shift company. Use this data to create a CVP analysis showing both the break-even point and also the number of units to be sold in order to earn $10,000 profit. Make sure your analysis shows the details of your variable and fixed costs included for your product; the variable cost per unit; sales price per unit; contribution margin per unit; number of units to be sold to break-even and to earn a $10,000 profit; and the revenues required to break-even and earn a $10,000 profit.
