Create an annotated outline that include the sections to be analyzed, ethical decision making aspects of the topic, main points of the recommendation, and credible evidence you plan to use for supporting the analysis and recommendations.
Introduction
While everyone has their own process for writing, creating an outline is often an important early step in the process in all types of writing, even for the most seasoned writers. By creating an outline, you draft a plan that organizes your thoughts, helps you see gaps in your thought process, and enables you to decide where in your paper you will address particular issues.
An annotated outline is a document that organizes the main sections to be included in your paper. The annotations are based on thinking through your approach to the paper and developing enough detail that anyone who reads the outline can follow your thought process.

Introduction
The proposal is a research about the challenges of South West airline as an
organization of focus. Based on the needed techniques and other issues of
addressing the concerns of business and operational management, the airline is not
doing well especially in the integration of services and promoting the quality
services which the 101 countries are served (Chishty -Mujahid 2017). Over the last
few years, complains by the clientele on cancellation of flights and poor
management of booking systems have led to a poor strategy in the operation of the
Company which has led to a reduction in the desirable strategy for controlling the
flight-related issues observed in the company (Josephs 2019). The proposal is to
scrutinize the challenges and ensure that a good appro ach is implemented in the
control of potential adversities which might make organizations experience
difficulties.
Summary of the Capstone
The capstone topic is about the effective measures to help in the reduction of
managerial problems at south West airlines. With a focus on the challenges which
the organization has faced before, the mistakes and other issues of management
which have reduced the scope of operation and desired approaches, the capstone
will address better techniques recommended for control of the challenges and
elimination of adversities as recommended.
With an emphasis on the scope of the project including the methods of data

obtaining quality data, the capstone will focus in addressing the challenges of south
West airline and emphasize on the needed techniques of controlling the adversities
identified (Josephs 2019).
Strategy and Scope
Conducting the research will be through a strategic approach of the
organization and ensuring that there is a precise way of focusing on the needed
organizational design. The research will be conducted exclusively on the various
dimensions of the organization by collecting the data from reliable sources which
make it real ad reliable.
Administration of questionnaires, conducting interviews and viewing of
secondary data reports of the company is a strategy which will be us ed to collect
data. The scope of the data collection will be on the organizational performance and
the hindrance factors which have always limited the desired quality and effective
approaches as recommended (Josephs 2019). By applying god research methods
with a quality sample from the management in the Company, I will have made sure
that better plans are implemented and quality approaches reinforced in the
promotion of a good research.
Action plan
Conducting the research will start by seeking ethical compl iance and
approval from the relevant authorities, data collection will then begin whereby the
organization and the stakeholders will be involved. After that, data analysis will be
conducted to ensure that the proper solution is proposed. Writing of the rep ort and

recommendations for the South West airline will be the last step to ensure that
effective remedies are implemented by the administration in charge of the airline.
Application of BetterUp assessment and coaching
For accomplishing the project needs a nd desired approaches required for the
success of the project, I will use my assertion and quality supervision leadership
skills to ensure that the project is on track. Based on the desired approaches and
other needed interventions, it is recommended that techniques are applied and
promotion of the strategies applied in the regulation of challenges which is
considered good and as well as effective.
I will also apply leadership coaching skills to the individuals directly
involved in the project to facilitate success. Some of the challenges in the projects
is a lack of clear direction and guidance, especially in the data collection. For
ensuring that everything is on the right track, I will ensure that better measures are
implemented in the control of adversit ies and regulation of the challenges which is
a good technique is recommended.
Conclusion
The project will be successful especially if given the chance to conduct it. By
quality analyzing the improvement points for the company, it will be good enough o
ensure that the specific approaches are implemented and control of errors. The
organization will benefit from the recommendations and the applied techniques will
be implemented to control the most frequent errors.
