Not only does your team need to determine knowledge deficiencies but you must also address them. Before you can explore and propose solutions, you need to learn what they are.

What do you think your CEO or board will want to know you know or have explored prior to presenting your proposal for a solution?

For this step, create an informational summary (as evidence) that clearly substantiates your team is knowledgeable regarding the models and approaches used by agile organizations. Your team’s attention to this step will provide evidence that the solutions you will be proposing are well researched and credible.

Innovative models and new approaches to change leadership will be best reflected in industry and peer-reviewed resources from the last five years. Additionally, include insight from one current thought leader on the topic of change management.
