the webpages you see on the Internet every day are written. You are to complete the GCFGlobal
Computer Programming Basics and Basic HTML tutorials listed below to learn programming basics. As
evidence that you have completed the tutorials you will submit a screen shot of the Challenge
assignment at the end of most tutorials into a Word document to earn the points for this assignment.
There are no exercises at the end of the Computer Programming Basics tutorials 1, 2 and Basic HTML
tutorial. For each tutorial complete the hands-on exercise. Use the open labs on campus if you do not
have Access. You will only need to paste a screen shot your work for each tutorial listed. Completing this
Access GCFGlobal Assignment is worth 50 points.
Create a Word document with your name at the top. You could just do a “Save As,” to this document
and format the top to delete the directions and type your name. Give the file an appropriate, short,
descriptive filename. Then log into the GCFGlobal.org site. Find the Access tutorials. Complete each of
the tutorials listed below. Take screen shot of your work at the end of tutorial. Paste the screen shot
into your solution Word document. Be sure to properly label each screen shot in the solution document
to receive full credit. Be sure to include your whole screen including the date and time. Your submission
should tell a story of how long you spent and when you did this assignment. Below the screen shot
comment on the tutorial or Challenge assignment. Your comment could be about what you learned,
what was difficult or what you found interesting. You must comment on at least 5 tutorials. Submit it
into this assignment into the Canvas assignment link by the due date listed on your course Detailed
Schedule.
