    2. The videos talk about two types of rationalizations, Preemptive or Real Time. Thinking back over your past experiences, have any of these rationalizations impacted your decision making? Can you cite an example? How did you feel about this from a values and ethics perspective?

Using the same situation identified in prior units, describe the factors that would impact your plan implementation Identify any strategies and tools that you can use to help reduce these issues. Also, information on how your purpose statement helped you in creating this plan. Seek feedback from your peers for additional suggestions or options. You may want to save this information using this GVV worksheet as an action plan for implementing the GVV approach in a real world situation.
