ECNE 628 Feasibility study

Hi,

I’m working on a feasibility study project and need support to complete the study by providing a fully details report and PPT.

The project idea is to open a bakery kitchen in Jeddah city. All the details are attached in the “Description bakery lab” document along with cost calculations in the Excel file.

The study must include the following:

Market Feasibility.

Financial Feasibility.

Economic Feasibility.

Social Feasibility.

Technical Feasibility.

Managerial Feasibility.

Commercial Feasibility.

Also, it must contain the economic study with the following:

Break-even including suggested prices in SAR such as renting the Kitchen equipment per hour or renting the Kitchen equipment with our employees per hour and the increase in the number of rented employees will increase the price. Also, add a suggested package on a weekly and monthly basis, which will allow customers to rent the place for a specific time or period for a week or a month with a discount.

The project targets local businesses, cloud kitchens, and cloud restaurants the most. 10K+ local businesses work in the baking industry in Jeddah, 700+ cloud kitchens, and cloud restaurants.

A non-traditional bakery designed as a workplace or lab for multifunctional bakery and
sweets, pastries lovers, and bakers. The project is considered as a space with provides the all
needs of any bakery to perform their work smoothly and professionally (working spots) for
rent. Rent options will be available as packages to be able to bake and use equipment. It
serves a diversely ranged audience as a platform for whom they do not have space to do
their bakery and for cloud businesses.

Vision:
To create a community-based bakery hub nurturing individuals or cloud businesses to bake
and use our fully-equipped lab and then deliver orders to customers through delivery
application (Uber-eats- Hunger station…etc.)

A fully equipped workstation containing all tools and bakery kitchen facilities which may be
rented by our package plan (hour- day – week) – ( the price for packing will depend on F.S)

Experienced operators and assistants to assist and schedule the visits, and cleaners divided
into two shifts starting from 6 am till 12 am
