Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Plc is the holding company of Jaguar Land Rover Limited which is a British multinational automobile company, a manufacturer of luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles. The company is planning to expand to other markets of the world and has approached you as a consultant.
? Conduct an internal and external analysis of the company. Analyse the business environment (both micro and macro) of the UK using appropriate models.
? Using the analyses that was conducted in task 1 (above), use any appropriate strategic models of your choice to design an appropriate business strategy for the company focusing on the next 3 years.
? Using the Force Field Analysis, explain the challenges associated with the recommended strategies and how to overcome them.

The Topic/title
? Feel free to discuss possibilities with your lecturer. It’s usually best to research a company and study the one that offers most information about the strategies, business frameworks, use of appropriate strategic models, tools, theories and concepts of strategic management.
? ‘Describe’ means ‘this is what happened’, ‘Analyse’ means ‘this is why it happened’.
? Recommendations could relate to the future, or to what others could learn from this situation.
