For this assignment, you are required to address a real-life scenario in business. In this exercise, you will be tasked with devising a strategy to guide a large-scale brewing company to compete in the growing craft beer market. The brewery’s current capabilities do not include a craft product or the capabilities to produce a craft beer in the same way new competitors are.
