TLC Inc., a local company, is having challenges recruiting and retaining its employees. Ajay, its
General Manager, comes to you for advice and after a needs analysis, you determine that TLC
Inc. has a weak Employer Branding message … no wonder it cannot attract a large pool of
qualified talent nor keep them!
Ajay is not sure what “Employer Branding” means, so you look for an example to share with
him.
Write an email memo to him (in the first person) to explain:
1) Employer Branding and how it can positively impact TLC Inc.
2) Your email should persuade and convince Ajay that a strong Employer Brand is a key to TLC
Inc.’s success.
3) Also give Ajay some general advice about implementing and sustaining an Employer Brand
at TLC Inc. … that it’s not just empty words on a poster.
4) Please research and present an example of Employer Branding and how it benefited the
organization to support your case. (ensure you cite any material from other sources).
