If the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Compliance officer were unavailable to be your executive sponsor for your IG program, what other C-Suite level officer would you want to be your executive sponsor? Defend your position (i.e. why is this the best alternative by selecting one other C-Suite level officer and listing why you didn’t choose them).

Knowing that their time is scarce, name one instance in which you would ask your new executive sponsor to meet with your project team and explain why you did so.

How should the executive sponsor be held accountable for a failure in your IG program?
