Need help with spark programming assignment. need some one who can write the code in google Collab and share the File as well as need a document which has the code and output screenshots with explanation. Please refer the assignment document for more understanding.

Write a spark program to group the words in a given text file based on their starting letters.
Use the Text File provided with ICP (icp2.txt)

ICP Requirements:
1) Spark Integration with Colab (or IDE that you are using)
2) Creating a well commented Spark program and outputting the correct results and writing it to
output file.
3) Code quality, wiki Report quality, video explanation
Submission Guidelines:

Sign in into your github account

3) Accept the ICP-2 (Assignment 2)
4) Complete your ICP and create your wiki report (Pdf or Word doc).
5) Folders for ICP:
a. Create two folders for source code and documentation
i. Source code folder contains only the code and output file (if applicable)
ii. Documentation folder contains wiki report and the images of your results
6) The wiki report should have at least the following:
a. What you learned in the ICP
b. ICP description what was the task you were performing
c. Challenges that you faced
d. Screen shots that shows the successful execution of each required step of your code
e. Out put file link if applicable
f. Video link (YouTube or any other publicly available video platform)
g. Any inside about the data or the ICP in general
7) Upload your ICP folders to your assignment GitHub repository
8) Click on the add a readme file on the next page and write done your name and email

The rates of new coronavirus infections are higher than they have been since January. Hospitalizations are also at their highest levels since January. In many parts of the United States, both infections and hospitalizations are higher than they were during Labor Day weekend in 2020.How should people think about Covid-19 safety now, compared to last year? Is it safe to see family and friends? What if extended family members want to stay in a house together — what are some steps they should take to reduce risk? Wen is an emergency physician and visiting professor of health policy and management at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. She’s also author of a new book, “Lifelines: A Doctor’s Journey in the Fight for Public Health.Things are very different this Labor Day compared to last year for one main reason. We have vaccines that are safe and protect very well against severe Covid-19 disease. People who are unvaccinated are 29 times more likely to be hospitalized for severe Covid-19 than people who are vaccinated, Los Angeles County health officials said in a report published by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
