Make a program that has or can do the following:
1. A text-based menu for the user to interact with this program (numbers for menu input is fine),
2. A menu item that asks for the name of a file and prints the name back out to confirm the input with your eyes,
3. A menu item that asks for text that could be written to a file and prints it back out to confirm the input with your eyes,
4. A menu item that will:
1. ask the user for a number between 1 and 10 (inclusive),
2. verify that a number was input,
3. generate that many random numbers in the range 1-100 keeping a tally of how many land within the following
ranges: 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, …, 91-100 (only keep a tally, do not keep the generated numbers around),
5. A menu item that allows the user to quit the program; saying goodbye when selected,
6. Be sure to loop back to the menu after finishing an item (definitely do not invoke the main method from within the
program…) and ask what the user would like to do next.
