Write a program that creates a dictionary containing the U.S. states as keys and their capitals as values.
(Use the Internet to get a list of the states and their capitals.) The program should then randomly quiz
the user by displaying the name of a state and asking the user to enter that state’s capital. The program
should keep a count of the number of correct and incorrect responses.
Add the following comments to the beginning of the program.

When you complete the program, do the following.
1. Create a folder with the following name: ProgramAssignment01
2. Copy your program to this folder
3. Copy the folder to your folder in the l:\kopp\inbox\CS 222 01 folder
Extra Credit – 5 points
Create a text file containing the states and capitals. Read this file into your program and store in a
dictionary as stated above.
If you do the extra credit, be sure to copy the text file to the folder you will be saving to the Instructor
drive.
