In conjunction with this week’s learning about contracts, please read the following appeal case and watch the video of the commercial.

You are meeting with your marketing team and want to be sure they are on point with the new product campaign.  Create a presentation explaining:

an offer

an advertisement

the differences between the two including applicable contract elements

highlight what went wrong with the Pepsi commercial

consider ethical theories from Chapter 2 Week 1 that Pepsi followed and should have followed

This assignment will be presented in a narrated PowerPoint presentation that will be no less than 5 and no more than 7 slides.  Your final slide (not counted into the minimum/maximum total will be your sources)
