Post about a supply/demand inbalance that happened during the pandemic. It could be broad or a specific product. Use the concepts illustrated in the chapter to describe it.

Visit the BEA website and comment on anything related to US GDP. What is driving it, how it is flawed, where is it going, etc.

What did the Fed do last week in regard to interest rate policy? Why did they do it? Do you agree or disagree?

Pick a country and educate the class on what its economic growth has been over the longer term, why that is, and where it’s going.

Describe how you would divide your savings between stocks and bonds based upon the goals. For example, my retirement is invested in all stocks because I don’t plan on retiring soon and I can take risk. Be more creative and describe the combination. If you want, take it a step further and say how you would split up the stocks by geo etc., not required though.
