For this assignment, you will need to conduct some research of your own to identify two examples of personnel performance management practices that you will use to prepare a memo for your organization’s leadership. These should be practices used to evaluate individual personnel performance.
Using the course readings and at least three outside sources, prepare a 3–4 page memorandum for your organization’s leadership describing each performance management practice and analyzing the pros and cons of each practice. Consider the role of these performance management practices can be used to contribute to the public service motivation of staff within the organization.
Additionally, describe how these practices could be used in the organization/agency/department and recommend whether each should be adopted into the organization/agency/department.
