For your assigned company, identify and discuss four US Court of Appeals (or higher) court cases regarding your company. If necessary, court cases concerning a competitor of your company can be used, however, explain how the case applies to your company. Use proper citation format (volume number F 2d/3d page number, circuit number, date). Discuss how the case affected your company and whether there were any changes in the company’s organization or function.

Provide a proper bibliography. Use inline source citations. Explain the facts of the case, identify the issue, give a one sentence procedural history, and then discuss the outcome of the case and the court’s reasoning for making that decision.
