Claiming intellectual property is essential to protect your business and stop other people from selling copies or knock-offs of your invention, and it is very important to do it right, which Mr. Guerra had to learn the hard way.

My advice is when it comes to intellectual property always hire a professional, the risk of losing the rights to your own inventions is too high. Get advice and help form someone who knows all the steps and regulations of the process and be sure to become the owner of your own ideas.
