Meal/Lunch breaks

I am currently working to ensure all of my locations that operate in jurisdictions that require meal and rest breaks are in compliance with those requirements.

I need a search of state & local wage requirements in the locations where I operate, and check to see if there are rest break requirements. If so capture them.

Put a spreadsheet together by state and local jurisdiction Also be sure to capture whether the break is paid or unpaid. And any penalties for failing to provide these rest breaks.

The states are Arizona, California, Colorado, district of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
