For this section of the semester long research project, you will need to use LEXIS/NEXIS or HEINONLINE to find cases involving your company. You need 2 historical cases (decided prior to 1950) and 3 current cases (decided since 1970). Describe the facts, the current issues and the holding by the court. Be sure to discuss the rationale that the court used. ONLY FEDERAL CASES AT THE COURT OF APPEALS OR HIGHER ARE ALLOWED!
