Labor Laws
Labor laws have been put in place over the years to help protect workers. There have
been provisions made on major labor laws to improve them. The acts that we will go over are:
Railway Labor Act, Norris-LaGuardia Act, Wagner Act, Taft-Hartley Act, and Landrum-Griffin
Act. These acts are very important and have caused impacts on organizations as well as the
union-management relationships.
