Fostering Social Equity
This being the active commitment to fairness, equality, and justice, formulating it as a
policy in public administration would vastly enhance and promote public services. This is a new
policy that can be integrated into a local organization to implement public service at the local level.
The policy topic above is chosen because it is a broad topic and has many benefits to the
beneficiaries at the selected level. Additionally, there are many ways to foster social equity,
thereby making it an effective policy. It is essential at the local organizational level because it is
where people are offered services directly; having fairness and justice at this level will prevent any
inequalities (Gadson, 2020).

Qualitative Research
Describe what qualitative studies are and how they are used in health care administration
research. Should be a full 2 paragraphs on the general concepts of qualitative research in health
care. This sample is the layout and format, and references need to be cited properly in the body

Secondary Data Analysis
Define, describe and explain what secondary data analysis is. Be sure to include how its
used in health services/administration. Consider what makes it an effective type of research for
health care administration.
Compare and Contrast.
Offer a compare and contrast of the qualitative research vs secondary data analysis. Start
be discussing how the 2 differ and then share some comparisons or similarities. Think about
how data is collected for both (differences) and how results are used in both (similarities)

What are the protocols related to the two types of research? Discuss the processes and
approaches to gathering data and information. Also discuss how the 2 types differ in analyzing
