As I described in the “Issues to Consider…” section, you are to choose cases to brief for each Module. This will be the place where you can discuss and share thoughts on the cases that you have chosen to analyze and brief [Reminder: post the finished brief in the “Quizzes and Assigned Cases” section], as well as providing input on cases that your colleagues are working on and briefing. You are also encouraged to post your thoughts, questions and comments on other cases in the textbook that have caught your attention and interest whether they are cases you are actually briefing to meet your course requirement or not.  Required textbook: 1) Jeffrey Beatty and Susan Samuelson Legal Environment, 5th Edition (South-Western; Cernage Learning)
