People struggle to find the correct lawyers to represent them. Most people are also
challenged financially, making it more difficult to find a viable lawyer for their case. Therefore,
my group members and I have decided to venture into the idea of creating an app that will
connect lawyers and people. The app user will have to give their information about the legal
needs in the app. The lawyers in the app will also give information about the credentials and the
cases won and lost. They will also give information about their fees. Therefore, once the user
inputs information about their legal needs, the app will filter their choices and allow them to
contact each other. The group consists of five members. The members will play equal roles in the
research and development of the project.
The primary reason for selecting this business idea is that it does not have a high
operation cost, helps to solve an existing problem, allows communication, and saves time. The
initial cost of developing the app may be high. However, since it is a technological business, the
management of the app will be easy. Every person in need of legal advice and a lawyer can
access the app despite their location. It will also contain legal advice and stories from people
who had legal needs and found solutions. It would also contain a digital copy of the constitution.
This allows the user to research and find the best help. This theory is viable because it will
benefit lawyers and their clients. It also gives people the ability to ask for help if they cannot
afford it. The group members also believe it will increase awareness about the legal system and
ways to attain justice. The process of filing petitions and buying properties will be clearly stated
in the app, preventing unnecessary inconveniences.
