• Differentiate the importance of each process in the processes of SDLC.

2. Read Running Case Study “On the Spot Courier Services” at the end of Chapter 10.
3. Record your answers to questions 1–3 at the end of the case study in a Word document, titled “WS4 Subsystems”.
4. Read Running Case Study “On the Spot Courier Services” at the end of Chapter 11.
5. Record your answer to question 1 at the end of the case study in a Word document, titled “WS4 System Vision Statement”.
6. When you have completed the assignments, save a copy for yourself and submit a copy to your instructor using the Assignment submission link by the end of the workshop. You should include the two Word documents, “WS4 Subsystems” and “WS4 System Vision Statement”.
