Science Question

Write and perform an applied risk assessment of a significant process at a business/manufacturing firm of their choice. The hazard / risk assessment must involve original identification and analysis on the students’ part and cannot contain data (photo, video and/or other) that was collected as part of a previous class project. The minimum components of this proposal must include:

• Student name or student team members’ names
• Facility name and location
• Contact person’s name and phone number
• A detailed description of the process to be assessed.
• The proposed risk assessment methodology (i.e., forms and procedures) to be used in order to effectively assess the selected process
