You have a good introduction, but what is your argument? Do not just
describe, what is your opinion and why?
Good focus on the Pairs Agreement, that would be a good thing to zero
in on. Just make an argument about international
cooperation/competition based on that agreement. So please make
corrections on the paper 2 so that I can get full grade thanks.
