Event-Planning AI
An AI virtual assistant is a software that comprehends natural language voice directives
and finishes a user’s tasks. It utilizes machine learning, natural language processing, and artificial
intelligence to extract data and complex information from conversations to comprehend and
process them appropriately (Iyer, n.d.). Data analytics can influence critical business decisions.
This is called Business Intelligence.
It improves business processes by understanding clients and customers, reaching out and
marketing, increasing profits, resolving problems, and predicting the future. Deep learning
analyses unstructured data such as video, audio, text, and images which lack labels to discover
matches and deliver the required data to recognize patterns (Narayanan, 2019). Virtual assistants
thoroughly understand the scope of the roles of personal assistants as well as their attributes
(“Personal Assistant Duties,” n.d.).
Event Planning and Organization
Whether planning a small meeting or organizing a huge conference, event planning is
complicated. Each event, regardless of simplicity, needs detailed organization and planning. From
developing a precise budget to event promotion, there are several elements one needs to take into
account early in the process to make it as anxiety-free as possible. I would let AI schedule my
tasks, workouts, and family time due to its efficiency since it can run on existing hardware, such
as my smartphone, laptop, and tablet.
Artificial Intelligence tools develop money and time efficiencies. Artificial neural networks
comprise connected nodes or units that mimic a biological brain’s neurons. A signal passes through
artificial neurons via several connections. An ANN could make the AI keep improving and

learning about event planning to develop quicker ways of doing tasks based on output and input
(Narayanan, 2019). The integration of AI and work processes enhances live event coordination
and make an event planner’s life easier. From planning to venue security to attendee management,
the use of AI elevates the satisfaction levels of event-goers. An AI virtual assistant would help me:

Process and sort through massive data amounts

Comes up with the best fits for specific venues
•
Finds the right vendor for my needs
•
Develop efficiencies and lead to quicker decision-making
•
Intelligent AI could find and connect event planners to suitable parties based on the event’s
needs and suitable venue location.
Chatbots
Chatbots could be the solution to event-planning errors. They are conversational tools that
deliver a simple interface used in chat-driven conversations. They assist in providing consistent
answers to questions through AI programming. One can see them on various sites. They usually
pop up at a website’s bottom corner and are trained in human language to deliver responses to
questions. I would communicate with an AI-powered chatbot to keep track of my activities and
decisions.
In the future, chatbots will be able to examine social media, data, and comments or inputs.
Using this information, chatbots will customize a user’s schedule to provide him with the best
possible experience in event planning. Chatbots will target and personalize social media adverts
for maximum Return on Investments.

Hardware/Services
AI uses two major processors. The graphics processing units and central processing units
are used to enhance experiences. CPUs train most old machine learning frameworks and
sequentially execute complicated calculations, while GPUs train visual image-based assignments.
Both handle several calculations in parallel (“Infrastructure: Machine Learning Hardware,” n.d.).
Ethical Concerns
Although AI makes work easier, there are several ethical concerns that one needs to consider
before implementing artificial intelligence in a business.

AI tools lack transparency. Some decisions may only sometimes be comprehensible to
human beings.

AI lacks neutrality. AI-based decisions are susceptible to inserted or embedded bias, as
well as discriminatory or inaccurate outcomes (“Artificial Intelligence,” n.d.).

Unemployment. AI automates various jobs. In this case, AI has eliminated a human
personal assistant and will assume each responsibility that a human assistant does. Rather
than dedicating certain portions of revenue to pay wags, one can simply use a computer to
manage objectives and guide business processes.
