The following self-assessment is to get you prepared for the final student self evaluation activity at the end of the class. The answers to these questions will help you with the final. Completing this assignment will expedite your final activity. Omitting this step will cause stress in the end. I will be here to help by providing you feedback. The deadline for this activity is Friday of the end of Week 6 and AFTER you receive your feedback for Unit 2. I will keep reminding you.

There are 4 questions to answer. Below each question are followup questions meant to inspire your self-evaluation. Feel free to write it as if you are talking to me. in my office. The goal is for you to articulate your OWN self evaluation. Make sure you watch the video above.

1. How can you prove you achieved competency in unit 1 & 2?

Tell me the story of your competency and provide evidence from units 1 & 2. Be specific by including examples of your work

• Were the essential questions clearly addressed?
• Can someone not from the class understand my logic?
• Did I represent the whole unit (both weeks)?
• Did I use evidence to support my logic?

1. How can you prove you achieved excellence in units 1 & 2?

Tell me the story of your excellence and provide evidence from all 3 units. Be specific by including examples of your work.

• Did all my assignments meet the criteria?
• When given a REDO opportunity, did I demonstrate improvement?
• Was basic grammar, unit-centered opinions, & empathy expressed in all my assignments?
• Did I respect our learning pact?

1. Did you grow in your performance between Unit 1 into Unit 2?

Tell me the story of your growth and provide evidence from unit 1 into unit 2. Be specific by including examples of your work.

• Did I grow intellectually and scholastically with effort?
