Introduction

Cybersecurity Program Management is the program that we used in an organization to protect the assets from getting lost. The organization has to protect the asset so it is very important to implement all the processes. The cybersecurity program management is to look after all the framework of the organization and also how this framework can be managed in the most possible ways. The Cybersecurity Program Management intends to look after every possible way and also the program management is to look after how all the possible things can be done to protect the asset from being compromised or breached by the cybercriminals expert.

All the programs should be addressed carefully and all of them should address this carefully and it should produce out such problems that will help to answer all the process in a good way. The management process is a good way to understand all the processes and also about the cybersecurity framework. The cybersecurity framework gives us a guideline to understand all the process and try to implicit all the process of the work (Schreider et al., 2018).

The approach in Cybersecurity Management Programs

To implement a cybersecurity management program in Padgett- Bale organization it is very important to identify the threats and vulnerabilities of the program. The identification of the threats and vulnerabilities will help to understand all the approaches. The approach that the organization should take to develop is to implement out numerous frameworks for the organization to work properly. The implementation of the framework can happen with different framework across the organization. The organization. Are implementing many frameworks such as implementing all the possible outcomes of the organization and it is also necessary to look after the organization that all the framework should be properly implemented (Schreider et al., 2018).

NIST (800-53) frameworks: – it is one of the most comprehensive frameworks which is standard for the security controls doing business with the government. The core of the framework groups controls activities in the term of the function within the cybersecurity lifecycle to identify, protect, detect, respond (Bakertilly, 2017).

ISO 27001: – The ISO standard sets out the process in which an organization should be following when they are managing information security. The ISO 27001 certification verifies the information security management system (Bakertilly, 2017).

SANS critical security controls: – The SANS institute prioritizes security functions with the emphasis on enhancing cybersecurity frameworks and the framework are great to begin the work (Bakertilly, 2017).

Laws and Regulations

It is necessary to maintain law and regulations in the organization for maintaining the cybersecurity in the organizations. The laws and regulations are being implemented to protect all the organizations from all the process.

• It is necessary to adopt a cybersecurity program knowing all the rules and regulations of the program and these programs will help to understand all the processes.
• Conduct a periodic risk assessment which includes the criteria for evaluating and categorizing the cyber risks and finding the controls to stop the risk
• Secure board review and approve the company’s cybersecurity program.
• Encrypt all public information and transit
• Maintain a log of all the business activities (Christopher, 2014).

Best Practice of the Organization

Padgett-Bale should implement out all the best practices of the organization and they should think of different processes the framework management should be implemented and the implementation process. The framework should be implemented and the cybersecurity organization should be thinking about different ways or processes of implementing a numerous process. The cybersecurity framework is very important for all the processes to understand. All the organization is asking to know about all the process and every process is being understood by different aspects of the organization (Schreider et al., 2018).

Summary

It is very important to implement the cybersecurity program management to the different processes and the implementation is very important in every aspect because of the framework which makes it think that how the framework will help in initializing all the processes of the work. The cybersecurity management program is therefore important in every aspect of the work.
