Research PresentationThis year, the research presentation will be based on the human disease that you selected for the take
home assignment. The research presentation will be a 3 – 5 minutes Power Point presentation in which
you will define your topic and how it fits into any of the topics that we have discussed this semester.
Additionally, you will discuss some of its symptoms, affected populations, treatment strategies (if any),
and current research (if applicable). The presentation will be due in D2L by 5:00PM on April 28th for
presentation during lab on April 29th. There will be no acceptance of late submissions. Below is a
sample rubric for you to use when constructing your presentation.
