This is a discussion forum where you can ask me questions related to the process improvement plan. How is it coming along? Are you struggling to develop the budget or identify the resources you will need? If so, how can I help? This is an opportunity for you to ask me and your peers for help. Asking questions in the forum benefits the group, as others may have similar questions.

In your initial response, discuss:

1. The progress you have made on your process improvement plan.
2. Any challenges you had when you were completing the assignments so far.
3. Your approach to overcoming these challenges.

Post a 2 to 4 paragraph discussion post (300 words minimum). Justify your explanations by including in-text citations and references in APA format as applicable.  Be sure to check your work and correct any spelling or grammatical errors before you post it.
