Hope company was started in the year the 1880s it has been a company that many people depend on due to their excellent services, clients and workers enjoy and being part of Hope. In this case, we will look at how Hope company has been able to make workplace for its workers conducive all though. Hope Company has more than 3000 workers both male-female and male. Hope Company operates day and night in an exchange of shifts. (Saks,2015)
Analysis
How Hope Company has a record of all its worker, before adding any worker to the company his or her details must be taken first, strongholds and weakness are taken into consideration not forgetting health details. Considering the history of our workers have been helping as a lot this is because with the help of every worker is history managers will be able to know the area to assign a worker depending on qualification and his life history. By considering account, workers can work comfortably without fighting with their employers. Also, past helps employers to understand workers in case any mistake occurs. Taking history has helped allot Hope Company in maintaining its contusive environment to its workers.
Also, when the company started it was hard to communicate to the workers in different working place, the company had only two phones, so communication was a challenge, but today the company has more than enough phone, so it is easy to pass information within the company. Also Hope workers are given freedom of communication to the managers these have helped a lot hope worker because they are free to communicate to the authority encase they are not comfortable anywhere within the company, and if workers want any adjustments they are given freedom to express their feelings. Due to the freedom Hope workers are comfortable working for the company. Workers value Hope Company as the best company they can work in, due to this every day Hope receives applications for jobs from nay people who are willing to work in Hope Company. (Vischer,2017)
Hope has its way of appreciating its workers; Hope makes sure that it pays workers on time and no delays, because delays will bring frustration to workers and will lower strength. Also makes sure that in case any opportunity comes in the company the first people to consider are the worker, this helps the worker to get promotions firs, and in fact, the position is to be replaced then the new worker can be added to the organization. Also, Hope tries so hard when the record high profit to motivate the workers by art list having a patty or soothing of the sort. Also, Hope workers every end year they are given 10% more on top of the salaries as an appreciation. This motivation has helped a lot Hope in maintaining its workers for a long time.
Also, Hope has better goals to achieve, and in every year Hope must add something more advanced to the company, and this helps both the Company and the Workers more especial the reason for adding sophisticated equipment is to make workers workplace comfortable and making work easy for the workers. Like for example last year Hope Company was able to install the most recent technology to the company, and some workers were taken for free training on how to operate it. This was an open opportunity for the lucky workers to acquire certificates for modern technology usage.
How Hope can market its products
Hope has employed many sales marketers who help in the marketing of product marketers and technology has done a great job of selling. Markets are given promotion vehicles to help make their work comfortable and the aye given allowances of travelling Hope understands that marketing can be sometimes hectic and that is why it can compensate marketers.(Saks,2015)
Also, hope marketers are given facilities that help them to access the internet so that they can get sale as well online. From the report provided by the marketing managers, he said that the internet had played a significant role in markets and he said that 40% of the marketing work is done online and he thanked the organization for the excellent facilities and the support they have given the marketing department. The use of advanced services to connect to the internet has helped Hope organization to bit its competitors. How are trying so hard to bit Hope but they are not yet to get into where Hope is.(Goleman,2014)
Diversity
Hope organization during the employment process; all worker are told the importance of respecting each other. And they are advised to appreciate each other despite their origin, social class, sex or religion and they are given restriction that in case you are found discriminating anybody you are assured of losing your job, and they will be fine. These restrictions have helped all Hope workers the freedom to work, and they appreciate each other which make the whole organization conducive and able to accommodate all kind of people. The foremost obligation of Hope Company has been how to make all workers comfortable in their areas of work and anyone who make another person is working place miserable is considered to be against the goals of Hope, and he or she is eliminated for the comfort of other workers.(Vischer,2017)
Johnson, he heard Hope manager sometimes back carried research on how diversity is affecting the organization in the U.S and from his study he realized that discrimination has a prominent role in destroying the institution. From the many companies that were big and after some time they were finished he realized that they are no more due diversity. From his research, he concluded by saying that difference is the most touché ring thing that workers failure and it can kill a company in a short time. (Saks,2015)
Hope has been able to deal with diverting by trying to balance their workers so that they will be able to clear diversity among the workers. And also, workers are once in a year given a workshop in how to handle and deal with workers of difference, and they are advised to know that everybody unique in his or her way but we are all equal. Fight against diversity has also helped Hope to develop.
Conclude
I can conclude by saying that Hope is the place to work in this is because it has tried to work on areas that they are commonly known to be the obstacles of workers. And they have solved all areas that their workers complain about, Also, hope workers have been given freedom to express there filling and say where improvements are to be done. Communication is believed to be the best thing in this organization; this is because what is meant is better than what is kept. One of the many goals of Hope is to make workers, work in the right place and hope has achieved this. Now faith can produce well due to the comfort workers get which gives them the motivation to work.
