Briefly explain the purpose or aim of each major Article of the Constitution. Also discuss what is meant by f the separation of powers and concept of federalism. Finally, include in your summary, a discussion of the enumerated powers of Congress (including the impact and/or significance of the Necessary and Proper Clause).   Please provide references in APA format.  Hint(s): There are at least six (6) key Articles that should be discussed and analyzed in your summary.
