Instructions

Prepare a brief one-page summary of the legal risks faced by the profession of accounting. Refer to the Ultramares and ZZZZ case studies from your readings and relate the material to current regulations. 

Resources provided in earlier modules such as the link to the PCAOB and the AICPA should be referenced. Where possible, cite a specific area or paragraph to defend your position.

Guidelines for Submission: Short papers should use double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. Sources should be cited according to a discipline-appropriate citation method. Page-length requirements: 1–2 pages.
