Each and everyone one has different personalities and do not react or respond to things in the same manner. Differing personalities and temperaments in a work environment can sometimes cause tension and the occasional challenge but knowing what the differences are can be very beneficial in creating balance among employees and can have many advantages. Diversity is one advantage of working with differing personality types. Different personalities combined can provide balance that can allow each person to contribute to the project and help it move forward. The workplace environment can be affected by as well by all the different personalities represented. When each employee contributes their different viewpoints, this can help to create a positive work environment. According to “What Are the Benefits Of Having Different Personalities & Temperaments In The Workplace?” (2018), “Since each personality type comes with its own set of talents, having a staff with diverse personalities and temperaments leads to a more well-rounded work environment.”

Examples of ways organizations can manage a diverse group of employees

Around the world there are organizations that are coming up with equal opportunities that is for employment, notwithstanding race, gender, nationality, or background. When managing diverse employees, it’s not the same as managing a group of employees. To manage a diverse group of employees one must have clear communications with the employees, and making sure that everyone understands what the policies, and procedures, and the rules that needed to be followed so that everyone will be aware that they will be treated equally and fairly. Encouraging your employees to work in a group is a diverse way to manage a group of employees. Setting an example is another way to manage. As a manager you always want to encourage your employees you want to build them up and have them develop a relationship with each other whose background is different. Having diversity in a workplace is very important to be able to run a successful business and having many benefits within this organization.
